MedWorld Trek acts solely as a facilitator connecting clients with licensed third-party medical providers. We do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All healthcare services are provided by independent professionals. You are responsible for reviewing all clinic details and consulting your physician before any procedure.
3. Medical Services Disclaimer
MedWorld Trek is not a healthcare provider. We do not provide or guarantee any medical outcomes or procedures. All responsibility lies with the selected clinic or healthcare provider. We encourage you to ask detailed questions during your consultation.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for making informed decisions. You must ensure that the selected procedure and provider meet your needs. You are responsible for verifying travel requirements, including visas and health-related documents.
5. Fees and Payment
All payments for medical services are made directly to the clinic or provider. MedWorld Trek does not collect or process medical payments. We may receive a referral commission from clinics, but this does not affect your freedom to choose your provider.
6. Travel and Accommodation
If requested, we may assist with travel-related coordination, such as airport transfers or local accommodation. We do not book flights or act as a travel agency. You are responsible for booking and paying for all travel arrangements.
7. Confidentiality and Data Use
We respect your privacy. Any personal data you share will be used solely for coordinating services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to coordinate appointments.
8. Limitation of Liability
MedWorld Trek shall not be held liable for any medical outcome, travel delay, or indirect loss related to your trip or treatment. We act only as a connector between clients and independent service providers.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
