Refund Policy – MedWorld Trek

1. Overview
MedWorld Trek provides medical travel coordination services to connect clients with licensed clinics and medical providers in Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. We do not provide medical care, and we do not accept payments for medical procedures.
2. Medical Procedure Payments
All payments for medical, dental, or aesthetic procedures are made directly to the clinic or provider. MedWorld Trek does not process or refund these payments. Please consult the refund policies of the clinic you choose.
3. Paid Services by MedWorld Trek
In some cases, MedWorld Trek may offer optional paid services (such as priority bookings, translations, or personal coordination). Refunds for these services are only available if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of service delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Third-Party Services and Expenses
MedWorld Trek may assist with booking or recommending third-party services such as accommodation, airport transfers, or flight arrangements. We do not sell or issue tickets and do not act as a licensed travel agency. All bookings and payments for these services are made directly with the respective providers.
Refunds or changes related to travel or lodging are subject to the policies of those providers. MedWorld Trek is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or disputes arising from third-party bookings.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If your procedure or appointment is cancelled by the clinic, you must resolve any payments or refunds directly with them. We will assist with communication where possible but are not responsible for reimbursement.
